I am a entrepreneur who has acquired 23 doors since Oct 2015. I have invested in single and multifamily properties, I am in processof paying down our real estate portfolio so we can travel the world and live our life we have always dreamed of. I was inspired to start investing in real estate by the Rich Dad Poor Dad books. I want to leave something tangible for my kids to continue to grow should they decide they want to. Experience: I have purchased my family home. I bought my first single family rental in October 2015, we have since inherited another single family and purchased six duplexes and two fourplexes. Real Estate Goals: My goal originally was to buy a door a year for the next twenty years, giving my wife and I a good source of retirement income. We have since started to pay down some mortgages to prepare for retirement. Goal is 20K per month cash flow at retirement. Currently at 8K. Currently Seeking: I need to teach my children to take over my portfolio and continue to grow our business.
