I've been a full time mortgage loan officer for 15 years, all the while planning to become a real estate investor. I recently witnessed a deal that spurred me to action and I've been devouring everything "bigger pockets" - I'm pushing to purchase my first investment property before the end of the year. (update - I have a great deal under contract to close Dec. 18)
