Brad Bartlett

I began fixing up rental properties as a teenager with my uncle. I knew then I wanted to go into real estate investing and management. I got a job with a property management company while in college. I worked my way up to positions where I learned property management, asset management, acquisitions, multifamily development, and dispositions. I have a Finance degree from the University of Florida, a Florida real estate brokers license, CPM and HCCP designations.
