Active Duty Air Force officer currently stationed in Germany. Experience: My wife and I have bought and sold numerous SFR rental properties over the years, and still have a few we plan to hold long-term. I have dabbled in the private lending space over the years but am not doing that at the moment; would reconsider for the right person/deal. Goals: My long-term goal is to live in Europe after retiring from the Air Force in 2028 or 2029. I am hoping to transition to a remote working opportunity at that time. Currently Seeking: Looking to enhance my real estate investing network while seeking remote work opportunities that allow me to remain in Europe.
