I’m a wife, mother of a baby girl and former 9-5‘er. I say former because I quit my day job and pursued my real estate investing dreams full time. I started with just hope, a lot of prayer and the support of my husband. Today I am able to help rebuild distressed communities and help homeowners that need to sell their houses quickly. I purchase ugly houses (vacant, condemned, you name it) and pretty houses in the Washington DC area. I specialize in providing solutions to sellers who need or want to sell, but do not want to wait six months to market and sell, repair and renovate their home, pay real estate commissions, or wait for an approved buyer.
