Married, former business owner, "retired" into the landlord business in 2016. Experience: First RE purchase 1982, landlord since 2011. Have bought/sold more than 30 properties in the last 20 years. As of 2019, Hubby and I own 13 SFRs, plus our personal home. Real Estate Goals: 10 SFH's in <10 years, leased and mostly paid for. (Met this goal in 2016) Currently Seeking: 3-4 BR homes.
