Construction Consultant and home inspector turned house flipper! My family and I bought our first flip in June of 2017, spent 6 months from purchase to sale, and lost $10k! Why am I excited about that? Because it was the best $10k I've spent in my entire life! Since then we've flipped 3 more properties (and did much better financially) and just bought our next one (as of July 2018). I've recently left my full time job as a Construction Consultant and Inspector to pursue real estate full time with our company, Newbyginnings (no, that's not a typo!). I find the deals, handle the finances, manage the day to day of the business, and my wife handles all of our design and up to now has managed much of the trade work while juggling her full time job as a Cardiac ICU Nurse. Now that I'm in this full time, I'll be much more involved in the day to day management of the properties, but her eye for design and detail ensures our properties fly off the shelves! We absolutely love what we do and can't wait to see where it takes us! We have big goals and dreams to change our community, help people in tough situations and provide high quality homes for our end buyers.
