I'm a real estate investor who transitioned from a corporate job a few years ago so that I could work more closely with our family business and realize a dream to own and manage real estate. The tools and information on this site have been invaluable as we have worked to build our RE portfolio. Experience: My husband and I own and manage 20 doors in the Chicago area. We have experience with single family homes and multi units. Our family business is Pest Control so we bring insider knowledge and perspective as landlords and treatment professionals to this BP community. Real Estate Goals: Buying and holding for now but would like to do some flips if the right opportunity presents itself. Currently Seeking: Continue building our RE portfolio through buy and hold.
