I'm currently retired as an Electric Planner. I joined a Real Estate Group in Dec 2012. Experience: I've own single family homes that I lived in and 1 two family in the past Where I was a LL for 15 yrs. that I sold about 7 years ago. Real Estate Goals: My Wife and I reached 1 goal of purchasing a 3 unit that we closed on in Oct of 2016. Would like to build on that to include passive income in the next 2-5 years.Getting this rental up and running early 2017. . We have completed our first joint venture flip and closed on it in December 2018. The NYS laws have changed so much since June 2019 for rental property that we our shifting our focus to other types of RE investments. I just recently got involved in a syndication deal in TX this is my first time doing this type of RE deal, near the end of 2020 Currently Seeking: I am now involved in my first syndication deal in 2021 as an investor ( this is a 5 year plan) will be interesting to see how this turns out!
