James Nguyen

I am a buy and hold investor in Houston. I have a total of 11 properties and are looking into multifamily properties. I subscribe to Dave Ramsey way of investing in that all my properties are paid off. In 2016, in addition to holding down a full-time job, I bought 4 properties and now I am looking for multi-family to reach my goals and I looking for mentors and partners to team up. I am not afraid of hard work, my time management skills are excellent, I am organized, efficient, and I take a lot of pride in everything I do.
