Nic Bernal

Hi, I'm Nic, a 26 year old traveling account rep for a large corporation. My territory is mostly the North East U.S. with occasional travel to other parts of the country. I'm excited to have no student loan debt, and am starting to put together a house hacking fund. Remote investors/landlords who can make use of my current traveling position, for free - take note. Here's what I have to offer: I travel the North East U.S. for work, weekly. This allows me to visit potential properties in person regularly. As I'm there for work - my expenses are already paid for. I have a flexible schedule that would allow me to visit properties, local government offices, and the general area during the day, as well as in the evening. -Fluent in Spanish -Clean record -Sales / Account Mgmt background -Can lift 50lbs -"Unlimited" mileage -A DSLR Camera What I'm looking for: Mentorship is a strong word, because I mostly learn through experience than lecture. Ideally, I would like to be a tool for an investor to check out potential properties. In return, I will gain the experience needed to begin my own investments. I would like insight into your discovery process, qualification of properties, and system for managing property remotely. Where I'm hoping the experience will take me: I would like to invest in the Capital region of New York (Albany, Troy). My first purchase will be a house hack, and I hope to grow from there. I expect to maintain my traveling position for another 2-3 years, and find it to be a unique opportunity to get hands on with tracking down potential investments. Ultimately, I would like to reach a point where I can no longer invest on my own. I have an extensive and wealthy personal network that I would like to tap into when the time comes, and would like to have a strong portfolio with winning numbers to pitch with.
