Hello! My name is Matt. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors, away from screens, with family and friends. Fishing, boating, hiking and biking are my biggest hobbies. It's always a bonus for me when you can boat, hike or bike to a cool destination. For years I have been investing in Philadelphia rentals as a side project, and in 2022 I left my 9-5 to become a full-time investor. Now that I've "made it", I am ready to help others do the same. In January of 2022 I became licensed so that I can apply my investing experience towards your goals and objectives. So far, I've put many friends and family into great rental deals and I'm ready to reach more people. Ask away! I love talking about real estate.
