An attorney by trade, with Fortune 100 company, Big Four accounting, and Am Law 100 firm experience in New York City and Charlotte. In 2019, I founded my real estate investment company to focus on REI full-time. My current focus is buy-and-hold multifamily rentals. I am actively looking to purchase commercial multifamily in Charlotte and surrounding submarkets. I am also seeking opportunities to actively partner with multifamily syndicators. I bring 15 years of legal and tax experience, acquisitions and underwriting, due diligence, and asset management.
