I’m a 23 year old in hopes to buy and house hack a four family property. I’ve been interested in investing in real estate since about 19 but not very seriously so I very recently switched my higher paying restaurant serving job to a much much lower paying construction job so I could learn how to fix and maintain a home and really start taking learning for real estate further (and COVID is destroying the restaurants right now) I’ve been trying to learn as much vocabulary as possible FIRST GOAL: buy a four family house hack property
