Nicholas Bond

I am a veteran that served overseas 07-09 and after my tour I decided that I would attend college. Which was something that never thought i would do. I ended up getting my AA. After I finished my A.A. I decided that I needed to begin a career to support my family. Currently i am a Substation electrician that works for Duke-energy. Although my career provides a decent income i am looking to invest in real estate so that i don't have to spend as many hours away from my two kids. As of right now I am looking for cash flow to replace some of my overtime income from my primary job.
