About myself
Hello everyone, my name is Nicholas and I'm a novice to the real estate world. Im 24, married with 1 kid. I'm currently active duty army with about 1 year left of service. I'm mostly interested in using my va benefits to purchase a multi family home to kick start my investing career. I love reading about real estate and am currently listening to the BP podcast, of which, I'm currently hooked. My wife and I are eager to get our feet wet and advice/criticism is welcomed.
