I’m a new investor who got stared by buying a townhouse that I was house hacking before I knew what that was. Now that I’ve been studying for a little over a year I’ve purchased a 3 family in Southern NH that I will also be house hacking. My goal is to build a portfolio over time with multi family rentals. I’m a fan of the buy and hold model. Also my day job is being a plumber in the Local 12 in Boston. And I’m in the Marine Corps Reserves as well. Can’t wait to keep growing!
