My day job is a Mechanical Design Engineer for surgical tools but I am actively pursuing real estate investing to supplement my W2 income and become financially free. I purchased my first property in Oct. of 2018 which is currently my primary residence, however this property will cashflow $250+/month (after expenses and vacancy) after we move out and rent it! My goals for 2019 are: - Acquire at least one rental property in 2019 - focusing on BRRRR strategy ----- Raise private capital to help fund purchase price and rehab of BRRRR property - Locate/purchase small multi-family property to move into for a house hack ----- Looking for a nice duplex in a location that my wife and I would be content staying in for the foreseeable future (3-5 years)
