Nicholas Middleton

Currently, I am an elementary music teacher in the metro Detroit area. Being married to an awesome woman and the father of a great kid, I want to spend even more time with them and supporting them. I am a musician (trumpet, guitar, piano) as well. I go to church each week and look for many ways to better myself physically, spiritually, and financially. Experience: I have some experience, two SFR in the metro Detroit area and a passive investor in a MF in the Dallas MSA. Both SFR required rehab, though the second was significantly more rehab than the first. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to consistently acquire 1-3 properties a year actively in the Metro Detroit area as well as get into more syndications passively. When able, I intend to purchase larger multifamily properties to self manage. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking deals that are under market on day one with the possibility of adding value in some way. They must also cash flow, but the focus is on building equity at this point.
