Nicholas Reece

My name is Nicholas Reece. I'm 42 and a super proud father and lucky husband. I grew up with the notion that money was only for the lucky people that "found" good jobs or opportunities. I learned an understanding of the mathematics of money at a young age, but ignored the truths of money and how to acquire wealth. I've recently hit the ground running in respect to my personal and professional life. My profession isn't related to real estate, but I've invested in my own future by taking the initiative and investing in my first rental property(my family's house). Lots of long nights and sacrificed weekends to get it remodeled and rented, but that was just my own vetting process. Now that I'm to this point, and invigorated, I'm looking forward to the next endeavor and for the colossal amount of learning ahead. My retirement will hinge on real estate, because it can not be matched by any 401k I've ever seen. So this is it.
