Hey BP crew! My wife and I have 18 long term rentals plus an airbnb. Our properties are scattered between Washington, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and Arizona. I'm a critical care nurse in my day job, which affords 5 days off per week. So I really want to kick my REI into high gear so I can spend more time with my family, and traveling. My profile pic is of me in Nepal on my way to Everest Basecamp. Ama Dablam is in the peak in the background. One of my many goals is to fully fund a third world clinic, probably in Africa. The free cash flow provided by REI seems to be a great way to accomplish that!
