Nicholas Smith

My name is Nicholas Smith and I was born and raised in East Chicago, Indiana. Yes there is a city in Indiana named East Chicago. I'm a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. I'm a licensed commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty in the states of Indiana and Illinois. I also have a background in affordable housing and property management. Though I would not call myself a professional fix and flipper, I have done several flip projects in Northwest Indiana.
