Nicholas Salvia

Im Nick, 26yr old hailing from the wonderful state of NJ. Iv been in sales for most of my life and about 2 years ago landed what some would call a "dream job" as a longshoreman for the port of New York/New Jersey. (I dont actually do work on the docks i just do stuff on computers) Regardless, i would like financial freedom at a young age or at least 50. With the income I'm currently making i could easily invest into multi-family's and start generating cash flow. Yet what I'd really like to do is a few wholesale deals first. I figured this would help get my feet wet in the real estate industry and also scratch my proverbial sales itch (not to mention generating some awesome capital for further investing) The reason I'm signing up is to meet with other investors in my area.
