Nicholas Zornek

My name is Nick Zornek, and like most on this site,I'm a daily student of the real estate industry. I'm currently a licensed agent serving in Bucks,and Philadelphia Counties,while planning kn starting my investment career with a single family rental,and then build my portfolio from there. I have done real estate transactions in the above mentioned counties(Philadelphia ,Bucks,etc..) as an agent representing buyers,and have followed the local market(s) closley; to learn where best to purchase my first income producing property.
