My husband and I have successfully bought, sold or managed over 1500 units - primarily in apartment complexes and hotels.🏨 We initially started investing in 1999 after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad... but we failed and my husband went to go work in property management for a large multi-family developer. We primarily invest in commercial properties in the Phoenix metro market 🌵and have been focusing on limited service hotels since 2017. Update 2023 💥💥💥 looking at boutique hotels in Europe.
