I'm a full time Investor/Agent currently building a team of investor focused real estate agents. I host the monthly North Idaho REI, free for investors to learn and network. We also host a monthly REI meet up in Sandpoint. I started investing when I was 20. Learned a ton and continue to learn daily. Here I am 15 years later and just starting to feel success of my many failures in the past. I have experience fixing and flipping houses, buying rentals creatively, and building new construction spec homes.
