Nick Stango

Hi, I was a home improvements specialist. I owned my own home improvements business (Beautiful Home Improvements by Nick Stango) In business for over 27 years, I did mostly kitchen and bathroom remodeling but also painting, flooring and many other types of home improvements projects. In 2016 I moved to California with my wife and kids and I now work for Spectrum cable as a Supervisor of direct sales. I've been wanting to get involved with real estate investing for many years now and I feel like If I don't do something soon I'm never going to. I just need to get that first deal under my belt to build my confidence. Cash flow always seems to be what's holding me back. I make decent money but it goes out as fast as It comes in, sometimes faster. I feel like real estate is the best investment for me being that I know almost everything there is to know about home remodeling and repairs. It would be great if I could find an inexpensive RE system that gets right to the point on how to get started fast and easy. But it does not seem to exist. Hoping BP helps!
