Nick Belsky

I’m Nick Belsky, Broker and Founder of Belsky Mortgage, LLC. I help real estate investors finance deals nationwide in all 50 states: Fix & Flip (including refinances), DSCR rental loans, New Construction and land development, bridge loans, and Commercial properties. Through our capital partners I also arrange Agency Multifamily (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), SBA and HUD commercial loans. I shop each deal across my lender network and lay out competing offers side by side, so you can compare real options. I work with every client directly, from first call to closing, seven days a week, and I’m happy to co-broker with your broker. Before lending, I spent 22 years in manufacturing, including six as General Manager responsible for more than 150 employees and $30MM in assets. That taught me to run every deal with a clear process and no surprises. I’ve also bought, renovated and sold my own investment properties, so I know the investor side of the table.
