Nick Bolding

As the founder of Evolve Property Management Group, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate investing, property management, and construction. My passion lies in helping investors maximize their returns while providing high-quality housing for tenants and ensuring accountability at every step. At Evolve, we specialize in full-service property management for single-family homes, small multifamily units, and large apartment complexes, with a strong focus on the Memphis, TN market. Whether you're an out-of-state investor looking for a reliable boots-on-the-ground partner or a local owner tired of micromanaging contractors and collections, we offer a structured, data-driven approach to streamline operations and drive NOI. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to the four pillars we serve—Owners, Tenants, Vendors, and our Team. With in-house expertise across leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collections, compliance, and renovations, we don't just manage properties—we optimize portfolios. In addition to property management, I also own and operate Keystone Construction & Remodeling, a licensed general contracting firm, giving us a unique edge when it comes to renovations, value-add strategies, and turnarounds.
