I have been in the corporate world far too long. Totally over dealing with everyday issues and earning money for shareholders. My turn to work hard for my own families gain not others. So taking the big step to get out of my comfort zone and flip houses to gain down payments on rentals and work my way to retirement. All in, IRA converted to self direct, overseas rentals sold where I dabbled in rentals before and reinvesting in Texas.
