I am an NJ based real estate investor, husband, and father. I have a small portfolio in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and NJ (10 units) and am looking to build my buy and hold portfolio in states poised for growth. I am an LP in almost 1300 doors. For years I have been a video producer and director who works on large and small advertising campaigns. Lately, I have been helping other investors and capital groups with digital marketing efforts to help grow their online presence and help them to fund deals.
