My wife and I purchased our first house in July 2018 to live-in-flip, a little over a year later it is now listed for sale! Dying to get it sold and keep the momentum going! We are now in Columbus, GA and always looking to connect with other investors and add value wherever we can! Our current goal is to have no less than $2500 monthly passive income by 5 May 2022. To get there we are going to focus our efforts on generating capitol by wholesaling contracts and flipping houses, the end game of course will always be buy and hold rentals that cash flow.
