My name is Nick Coonis, I am a father of four and a husband of one. I have always been attracted to real estate, I have a back ground in construction and recently in architecture. I'm not an architect nor do I have a degree in architecture, I took some classes and learned some CAD programs, and designed a complete set of plans for my own home. I bought a 10 acre piece of land in Los Angeles County on a foreclosure 6 years ago and just built my first home on it. During the whole process I fell in love designing residential homes, and with all the other aspects of real estate. My goal is financial freedom and wealth through real estate investing. My more specific end goal is Real Estate Developing.
