About myself
I am a licensed contractor as well as home inspector. My main interest is beginning to shift towards flipping properties. I have been doing turnkey rehabs for investors as well as custom construction projects for homeowners. After totally renovating my own personal house, my interest is growing in doing retail flips. I am trying to learn as much as possible about all aspects real estate investing.
