Nick Graziose

Hi Bigger Pockets! I am a recent graduate with a Bachelors in Architecture from Alfred State College working on my Architecture License in the Rochester, New York area. I am working on my first infill development project of 7 duplex’s in Greece, NY to live in and be my stepping stone into developing, designing, investing, owning and operating rental properties. My Grandfather was my first role model and mentor, having started a homebuilding business in Webster, NY in the 1960s which has since been passed on to my father and uncle. Combined they have built thousands of homes in the greater Rochester area. With my grandfathers vision they also built a few hundred apartments to own and operate on the East side of Rochester as their retirement plan. I now aspire to be a owner, manager, investor, developer and architect that creates well designed communities for the greater good. More Multifamily projects to come!
