Nick Giulioni

I am the Managing Partner of Off Leash Investments - a real estate investment and rehab company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. I am also the Managing Partner of our associated business, Off Leash Construction, in which we oversee and manage mid to large-scale residential and commercial projects on behalf of investors and local homeowners. With an ever-expanding interest in businesses closely tied to real estate, I also became the owner of The Wilds Wedding Venue & Laural Mill Wedding Venue in 2022 and 2023 respectively. I am passionate about assembling teams of experts and empowering them to do the best work of their lives on behalf of our customers. My team and I love to bring life back into the ugliest properties and have built relationships with talented contractors and specialists to manage even the gnarliest of projects end to end.
