After turning 18, I got into real estate with the aim of working hard to help investors as an agent in order to learn how to invest myself from the inside (I owe a massive thanks to BP over the years for help with that too.) So far so good, I've been very fortunate to have been able to help quite a few people, and I've since purchased my first property for $425,000 and am working on #2 at the moment, to be accomplished by June 1, 2018. I particularly specialize in contracts and risk management (such issues are a huge silent enemy in my area of Southern California,) and I'm a State Director of the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) which allows me to influence real estate across California, as well as foresee new laws, trends, and issues before they officially happen, which I love. My ultimate goal is actually to help develop our ability to live on other planets through a private space company, but first, I needed to make sure I had a very secure way to always put food on the table for my kids and wife, regardless of future failures and health issues. Real estate always excited me (still does!) and I believe it will be an effective way to accomplish my goal.
