Nick Gray

I'm the founder and managing principal of Gray Property Group, a full-service multifamily investment, brokerage, and property management firm based in New Hampshire and Greater Sarasota, FL. I own and operate ~60 fully renovated apartments of my own and my 12-member team manages a 250+ unit portfolio totaling over $30M in assets. On the brokerage front, we cater exclusively to fellow investors and are proud to have achieved multiple record sales for seller clients and secured many below-market deals for buyer clients. Prior to entering real estate, I worked as an aerospace engineer at Pratt & Whitney where I designed turbine blades for the jet engines onboard the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the Black Hawk helicopter. I made the jump to real estate in 2019 to pursue my passion for creating beautiful spaces and to achieve the financial freedom necessary to spend more time with family. Outside real estate, I serve in the New Hampshire Air National Guard and volunteer for NH Catholic Charities' board of trustees and the Manchester Housing Commission. My family (wife Caitlin, daughters Olivia and Marina) split our time between Southern New Hampshire and Sarasota, Florida.
