Over the past two years, I have helped 40+ investors find and purchase their next investment property in the greater Milwaukee area. My niche is working with investors, and I am an investor myself. The majority of my business is working with investors (both local and out of state), and my process is driven around educating my clients on the nuances of Milwaukee to help them feel confident and educated to make their next investment decision. My start in real estate investing began by househacking a duplex here in Milwaukee. I then house hacked a second duplex, purchased a 5-unit which I self-manage, turned my first duplex into an Air BNB, and currently flip around 2-3 houses per year with some local friends. I became a realtor because I saw personally how real estate investing impacted my overall cash flow and net worth, and how I feel I have made a phenomenal foundation and nest egg for my future family, and I wanted to help other people reap those same benefits. Beyond real estate, I am an avid golfer, I love watching Formula 1, I enjoy going to local Milwaukee restaurants, or in the winter time, taking trips out west to go skiing.
