Through frugal living and wisely/accidentally investing everything in 2009-2010 I was recently able to leave my job as a union carpenter where I worked while house hacking for 15 years. I now have 2 cash flowing rental properties in the seattle area and 9 in the Tampa St. Pete area. I am currently living in Florida, flipping SFHs and 1031ing the profits into multi family rentals. My goal is to create more passive income through multi and single family homes before I run out of savings. haha. Im a very skilled handy man and did all of the work in the first 5 properties that I owned ( 2 house hack flips were full gut to studs). Id love to expand my network of like minded extremely ambitious investors, realtors, flippers, wholesalers and contractors in St. Petersburg as I am fairly new to the area.
