I am an Operations Administrator for a wind energy company. We construct and maintain wind turbines for clients around the globe. After a recent trip to the E.R., I've come to realize how incredibly important it is to have income coming in when life throws you a curve ball (and you can't work). Investing in real estate has always been in the back of my mind, but it makes more sense now than ever. My motivation is strong as I aim to hit the ground running by learning (and doing) all I can to flip some homes and purchase some small multi-family rental properties.
