I started my career as a loan processor, and quickly moved to Loan Originator. I became an Appraiser in 1995. I have held a Certified Residential Appraiser's License in multiple states. In 2016, I became a Realtor and Investor, and in 2018 I became a Broker. I currently own 29 Doors within SFR, Multifamily, and commercial units. Sage Door Realty, LLC, and Sage Door Property Management, LLC. were created due to my passion for all things Real Estate! My unique background enables me to see the big picture and embrace effective policies while assisting others with their Real Estate needs. Our company currently manages over 300 properties in the KC Metro and surrounding areas for investors located throughout the US and even other countries.
