Nick Jackman

Originally from Northern Kentucky and now based in Chicago. I've developed a strong interest in real estate investing, personal finance, and long-term wealth building. I'm currently focused on value-add rental properties and recently completed my first investment property, where I took a hands-on approach to the acquisition, renovation, and ongoing operations. I'm continuing to build my real estate business with the goal of developing a repeatable investment strategy and growing a portfolio over the long term. I'm especially interested in connecting with other investors, operators, lenders, and real estate professionals to share experiences, learn from others, and explore potential opportunities. Outside of work and real estate, I'm a loyal Cincinnati Bengals and Reds fan, and love to travel. Some favorite trips so far have been South Africa, Iceland, Greece, Alaska, and Banff.
