Hey BP! I started my real estate journey back in July 2014 with the purchase of a duplex in East Oakland. I house hacked this building by renting out one side and having roommates in my unit. Jan of 2017 I decided it was time to repeat this process so I started renovation on my unit in order to get market rent and I'm moving back in with my parents. I look forward to using the additional cashflow to quickly grow my portfolio. I'm super excited to learn as much as I can on buy and hold real estate investing by reading blogs, listening to podcast, or talking to other investors.
