Nick Lamagna

My name is Nick and I have done all kinds of real estate for the last 10 years. I have done standard fix and flips, wholesale flips, investor flips, lease options, flipped properties on Ebay, done buy and holds, done seller finance deals, raised tons of private money to do no money down deals, i have leveraged other peoples' credit to do no money down deals, I have done multi family unit commercial buildings from 35-86 units, i have made many investors a great safe rate of return on their money and purchased many properties from wholesalers. I have done real estate all over the country in over 20 states and have normally 5-10 properties going on at any given time in many different states. I do most of my investing remotely and enjoy hanging out with my family and my dog and doing MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu when I am not doing real estate.
