Nicklaus Schmele

Hello! I am a Broker/REALTOR as well as an investor. I built my first house when I was 19 and have not looked back. I have flipped houses, BRRRd many times in the last 20 years and have started to build a portfolio with buy and holds. I specialize in helping my clients with buying or selling investment properties. Whether it is single family, multifamily, commercial, farm, ranch or recreational, I service my clients throughout the entire state of Montana, and love every bit of it. I am ready to help any investors, in or out of state looking to buy or sell in Montana.
