Nick Religa

Newly licensed real estate agent in Arizona. I'm 22 and currently still a full-time student at ASU, majoring in Global Agribusiness. I'm working in real estate on the side, and I plan on pursuing it full-time once I graduate. I have a couple great mentors that have taken me under their wing recently to show me the REI world, and I have helped them with some of their real estate investments in the area. My goal now is to go out and start acquiring my own deals, whether flips or rentals, to build my own real estate investment portfolio. I would also like to consider wholesaling in the future.
