Nick Scapellati

Greetings everyone my name is Nick. Donna, my wife, and I are new to real estate investing. We are both middle grade math teachers looking to enhance our wealth by building a rental portfolio. Though we both enjoy the profession of teaching we have other aspiration that we need to pursue. To work at these areas we need to develop passive income and our vehicle will be property investments. Though rental properties are our major focus we would also like to flip a home or two in the next couple of years to jump start the property portfolio.
