I’ve been interested in real estate ever since I saw a Carlton Sheets infomercial back in the 90s. Although I couldn’t convince my parents to buy it for me (I was 10), I never lost interest. I was slow to take action and bought my first house in 2018. I converted it from a 3/1 to a 3/2 and now I’m hooked. I have worked up to 3 SFR rentals and 1 duplex. I’m exploring all aspects of real estate from buy and hold to flipping to wholesale. Would love to meet people to share ideas with! I work as a general contractor/professional engineer doing commercial projects.
