Hello BP community! I'm new to real estate investing and looking to start with a house hack sometime within the next few months. From there I would like to have a owner occupied investment each year, as well as investing in MFH to help with the "stack" method. The goal being enough passive income to cover all expenses. Once this first level is achieved, I want to use all my knowledge, experience, and connections to step things up to larger multifamily investments and syndications. Vision is clear and I'm excited to start!
